Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho, back to week 6 I go

I’m blaming it on the new trainers....

My 2nd attempt at week 8 run 2 after 2 weeks of isolation didn’t go to plan. I completed it, but I had to walk for about 5 minutes in during the run... so I’m going to go back to week 6 and work my way back up... I’m determined to finish this I may even win some sort of award for “most repeated weeks” and “C25k completed in the longest time”

Your shoes are much cleaner than mine after a run!

It's a matter of getting back into the flow and finding the fun again. Don't worry about the programme of C25K at the moment.

Well assuming you don’t plan to stop when you have finished then potentially you have years of runs ahead of you.

At the moment those runs are part of a program and in the future maybe not part of any program but they will all be runs and they all count toward a fitter you.

A run is a run and well done you for doing any run. Far ahead of all the couch potatoes that you know.

Coming last at the olympics sounds bad until you remember it is the olympics
