First run after finishing C25k. OMG!!

35 minutes to run the full distance. YEY. I'm so excited. I always record the temperature as I can't believe I've run in e.g. minus 2 real feel minus 9 !! Now I want to record 64 (years old) real feel 24!!!!!!!!

Took the liberty of.looking at your profile and see you really are an avid parkrunner - very impressive, and all that going for the 10k too! Looks like you've had a lot to overcome but you are v determined. A Great role model for your son🧒
