For someone with little to virtually no fitness, all I can say is WOW how did i do this?
It wasn’t easy, I have struggled, laughed, cried, been out of breath, sang along to songs, felt I could have given up after that first run but also felt at times I could have ran further or faster. No run was the same. I have achieved so much and super proud to have completed this programme even though I haven’t quite hit that 5k target.
This journey is one I will embrace and continue to build upon and feel I could not have done it without the support, encouragement and advice from you, my running family so I would like to take this opportunity to say ‘Thank you!👏🏻👏🏻
