Well week 9 is finally here and graduation is fast approaching so can I run for 30minutes?
Too right I can, I only did it ππΌββοΈ
So decided to start runkeeper only for the run element, just to see gauge distance / time.
First 5mins great, steady pace then before I know it I realise Iβm further than I have been and havenβt even heard the half way bell, lets carry on.
20mins gone and felt my pace was slowing down and that little voice in my head βcome on you need to pick it back up, you can do thisβ
Well no where near 5K in 30 mins but that is something to work towards Actually 3.6K and Iβm happy with that.
Happy Running everyone and stay safe ππΌββοΈ

That's amazing, well done to you and your positivity is paying off for sure.
Enjoy the feeling as there's nothing like being fit.
Well done LM - sounds like a great run.ππ¦π Getting that first non-stop 30 minutes under your belt is a fantastic achievement and sets you up for graduation in 2 runs time!! ππ
Thank you LauraRuns. Yes week 1 I struggled and anyone with little or no fitness level will agree it was tough. I feel this has worked for me, developing my fitness, stamina and helping me mentally and physically. Next goal 5K π
Thanks GailXrunning, I had tracked week 7 and week 8 but from start to finish. With todays run being 30mins was curious how far I could go at my snails pace π€£
