Hey fellow runners 😊
Well, it was spotting with rain when I began my five minute brisk walk, but the temperature was just right and I was looking forward to my run.
Much the same as previous runs, a little out of puff and legs tiring, but I made it and did the 30 minutes. It's amazing how we achieve it, but we do. I was so pleased that I didn't give up or tire completely.
My 3rd and final run will be the park run on Saturday morning. I'm a little nervous to be honest, but I'm going to do it. I've had some fab advice in preparation from lovely folk on here, so thank you all so much 🤗🤗
I've aadded a before and after pic of this evening, just to bore you again, haha, you'll be having scary nightmares before long, unless you are already 😂😂
Also added a new recording from Relive which shows your exercise routes. It's very clever and I used it online with Strava. Hope the link works 😅
