This was the first run since early September where I was looking for the shade!
Made some small changes to my route too.
I only did 3.1k in 29 minutes probably because I gave blood yesterday, but I couldn't pass up such a nice day. It was especially tough in the middle section. But I did it, and enjoyed a late porridge breakfast.
Then I went out with the family for a 5k walk - now my legs are definitely tired.
Nearly there, just have to put this down as one of the less good (never bad) runs.

Well done Rennur...whatever the distance😁. And a 5k walk.😁😁..yep I bet you were feeling tired. All great stuff, keeping up your health regime. I had a bit of a struggle today....getting out there...and finding the 2nd part of my run a challenge. Hey we DID it though👍. We're not stopping now...see you at the finish line (for now) of W9R3. 🙋🙋🙋
