[Buddhagal]

Wasn't really in the mood to run today?? And spent the first few hours fighting off the urge to postpone my run until tomorrow. Once I got out there the first 15 mins were pretty good going but I really had to push myself to complete the last 13 mins. I covered exactly the same distance as I usually do though....just glad I had the motivation to actually get out there. Another one under my belt😁. Stay dry...and stay safe...everyone. 🙋🐌🙋🐌

You did it, though, Buddhagal - and that’s important. I think we’re all learning as much from these days when things are less-than perfect as we do from the good ones. I hope your next run is a gazeller!

Spot on, thanks GailXrunning. Yes....was really pleased I got out there. The point is we haven't given up....not now we're so close to our goal. Like the sound of a gazeller... 😁😁. I realise now I'd sped up after 15 mins because I was in danger of being overtaken by a very young and fit (i.e. atletic😂) walker 🤣😂....and I was on an incline. Stoopid Stoopid Stoopid. Oh self-conscious vanity hey....won't bother doing that again. 🙋🙋🙋
