W3R1 - getting there; slowly

Start of week3! I’m finding posting on here after every run really helpful for my motivation. Thanks for all your encouragement.

Start of week 3. Feeling ok after the first run. I can’t say my pace was anything to shout about, but I did make it round and felt like I could have gone further. Right leg is still a bit tight, but nothing a rest day won’t fix.

In other news, I got the OK after my 6mnth skin cancer check. So more motivation to get through C25K again.

Congratulations on completing weeks 1 and 2 of and run 1 of week 3 of C25K, you are doing very well indeed, do report on every run you do, it does help a lot,

I only started posting regularly on my runs after week 4, at that time I was sure I would complete the course after reports of people not getting past week 4, I am sure you will like me complete the course, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3

Great news about the check up and well done on the running progress. Pace is unimportant - it’s stamina and endurance that you’re working to improve. Keep up the sterling work 😊
