Phew just did week 6 run 2! Run 1 was ok but for some reason this felt phenomenally hard! My legs felt so heavy like lead! Kept going though and pushed through so feel good about that, feel a bit ill thinking about run 3 though!

Good luck for the morning! Weirdly I think the break between runs makes it harder than just runnin for 20 minutes, you lose momentum I think.

Maybe a Friday night after a long week at work was not the best idea!

Well done on the run... I'm on W9 and to be honest I still get that feeling sometimes. I think it depends on my sleet pattern. If I don't sleep well I find everything much harder.
