Wow, that was a huge leap in running time, going from 2x10 minutes to 1x25! I started out well but was flagging around the 5-10 minute mark, but once I hit 15 minutes and had a good rhythm I focused on the music and the time flew by. Very happy with the result. Still running the same stretch of private road but may venture out in to the streets now they’re a lot quieter due to the lockdown. The same random playlist, some David Bowie in the mix this time - next week I’ll add a bunch of TV themes :)

Well done Pr0fess0r 👍 you’re doing well, I use The Rocky Story which is good and WWE Anthems, basically the music the American Wrestlers use to enter the ring, all inspiring stuff. I’ve added a few more tracks into the mix too 💪🏻🏃‍♂️

It sounds like you've passed through the Toxic Ten and come out the other side.

As to the roads, I've not noticed them being any quieter round here yesterday and today.

Well done on the run, it seems quite common for people to struggle a bit with first 5/10 mins, in any run, i know i do sometimes, then get into a rythym, and it's ok.

I've just run the same this morning and as you say, a bit of a leap from W6R2.

My music of choice was a bit of a mixture with songs from Annie Lennox, The Selector, Black Sabbath, Dio & Iron Maiden.

Well done prof.

But that step up from 2x 10 to 25 isn't as big as you think. Your body really doesn't care that much - it's more an issue for your mind.
