It was all going so well. C3 post c25k. Had a very long walk with my daxie yesterday, had an early night and felt positive this beautiful foggy morning. I decided to run a different route to stay in the sun. All was going fabulously until a very playful, boisterous, very large golden labradoodle wanted to stop me. With 2 minutes left I had to stop because the owners couldn't get their dog under control. I'm sure he was just being protective of his mum and dad but it's really disappointing, I was doing good up hill too. 😢😭🐾

These things happen. I was passing a pair of Yorkshire Terriers this morning (on lead, thankfully) when one of them decided it didn't like me at all, and started ferocious tiny yapping.

I’m probably not meant to say this, and will demonstrate my immaturity, but, hey, what’s in 2 minutes? (OK, I do know it’s important, really 😉. And get the frustration too.)

But the key thing is that you got up and out, and enjoyed a lovely run on a glorious morning. Only the labradoodle stopped you a tad early. So c3 is just waiting for you to complete it with those 120 seconds. A cinch!
