doing week5, enjoying it, new shoes working well, then 2 nights ago flashing lights and strong visual disturbance and it seems I have a Posterior vitreous detachment in left eye. Right eye happened a year ago without problems, but left eye not going well, detached retina looks like a possibility. no running, no lifting, no heavy drilling (planned to put up hanging baskets for tomatoes). Booooooo!
