Consolidation run 2 Loving it!

I haven’t posted for a while, as I was resting a niggle following graduation. Did my first run on Sunday in the howling wind which was also my first run for the 50 mile November challenge for Dementia Uk. Loved it😁

Did my 2nd consolidation run today with my fasted km to date which was 5.09! Was absolutely thrilled 😊 I’m getting fitter and running further than I ever ever imagined 💪. I can’t believe that I started out months ago wondering if I would ever complete this C25k. Yet here I am doing consolidation runs.

So that’s 11.84 km completed for November challenge.
