Don’t know how I got to the end of that. It was stumble jog just trying to pick my feet up slow. Think I’ll repeat week 7 as really finding it difficult.

Well done, you did it.

No harm in repeating a week, but you are probably ready to tackle W8 if you take it steady.

Preparation is crucial. Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

Thanks. Definitely sleep and hydration for me. Rest days over the weekend so I’ll see what Monday brings.
