Mud mud everywhere. Not quite 5k but the full 30 mins nonstop run. Up and down hills too. Really pleased with myself. And thank you so much Jo, you were fabulous. So my aim now is to get to the 5k bit. And I am enjoying it now. Now that I know I'm not alone with the toxic 10.

Congratulations ๐๐๐๐ฅณ๐ฅ.
A great achievement and especially if you ran on that terrain. No way would I venture onto that!
Yay well done!๐ Time to celebrate๐พ isn't it amazing, aren't we all amazing!๐
Fantastic achievement, absolutely thrilled for you. Yes helps once you've got your head round the toxic 10. I run on similar ground for 1/2 of my run because I'm still self conscious of my snail's pace. I get that no one else may even be looking at me, however I want to feel more confident...I'm still out there, that's the most important thing. Onwards and upwards and forward. Good on yer๐๐๐
Well done - that ground looks similar to what I battled with this morning. Itโs oddly satisfying knowing that were not fair weather runners, isnโt it ๐
Congratulations now wine time
I need lots of cups of teas first. ๐I gave myself a really bad stomachache around about week 5. I came home after my run and guzzle a lovely cold glass of water. ๐ขI gave myself, what I'd call a stomach chill. I felt really awful. So hot tea. I am fining that I'm cooling down a lot quicker now.
