W7R2 completed. I even had energy at the end to increase my speed for 1 minute - to me that's amazing. I didn't get any of the normal Toxic Ten and my breathing was under control. I'm usually all over the place.
What did I do differently? I didn't go to the gym yesterday morning as I wasn't feeling too good but did go for a walk at lunch time (WFH). This morning I had my morning coffee then drank about 1 litre of water before starting my run.
I just hope now it doesn't all go to pot.

In a nutshell shuffleido at some point the running all comes together and it all goes smoothly 👍🙂 just just don't be setting off too fast
It's funny, i'm the same, still running at a slow pace, but doing the runs, quite comfortably, the program must have built us up to this now! 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️
