Just completed week 5 run 2 and I've gotta say I think I smashed it!
Although this is my second attempt at week 5....got through to run 3 a couple of weeks ago & just couldn't do it, got the most god awful stitch a couple of minutes in, managed to tough it out for 10 minutes but had to stop. So thought it best to repeat week 5 which I was really disappointed with but think it's working out for the best,hopefully.
Think I have been running too fast to start with, everyone is so right when they say go slow.
