Wow! Things really stepped up a notch this week. I’m glad to say I finished the run (2 x 5 minutes and 2 x 3 minutes) it it was the most aerobically challenging run this far. My legs will be sore tomorrow! But not wasn’t too much of a step up and I’m confident I’ll have no problems for the rest of the week.

I finished my Straits binge and now I’m back to listening to the Scriptnotes screenwriting podcast and dealing with plot issues in my head to pass the time :)

Well done.

I learned to not take an extra long walk at the end of the 3rd run. It's mainly psychological to want to "rest" as your mind is not used to it. However your body is surprisingly adaptable.

Hi, yes as long as you have the energy that late at night, and your area is safe! I'm a night owl and I run on a very quiet private street. It's actually very gradual process and it doesn't matter if you look like an idiot or jog very slowly, and you arent shattered afterwards (just little stiff the next day) so if late night works for you I say do it!

Well done Lucas, that's great that you managed to make the progression up to 16 minutes of running. You seem to be smashing this, so keep going!
