Morning run for a change, as of work this week, still have to pinch myself, running for 25 mins, without stopping! 😂

I'm 56, overweight, and the program is really working for me, anyone having doubts, keep going, and run as slow as possible, you'll get there! 🐢

That’s my next run. The plan is great and as long as people don’t treat it as a race and go at a comfortable pace they’ll be fine. I started 5 stone over weight, now just about 2 more to loose. Should make it easier on my knees lol

Good luck with your run, but you'll be fine, having already done 25 mins, with no break, as they say, you'll smash it!! 💪🏃‍♀️😀
