So On Friday night the beer won! But Saturday came and the trainers went on. Quite enjoyed the run, a bit distracted at first by people, clothes etc etc... but settled down and it all went well, felt I could have plodded on for another few minutes but didn’t have left that for next week!!
I have already started to worry about when the program has finished, I like the idea of just trying to run for 30mins with no voice in my ear, but not sure I will be able and I am worried if I don’t have a structure to follow I will give up!

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, only 3 more runs until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run, there is life after C25K and when you graduate.
After several 30 minute consolidation runs, (I ran 6 of them,) you can do the C25K+Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you can try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K, not an app but a course a little like C25K, just Google Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.
