I can't stop grinning as I write this post this evening. I have complete W9 R3!!!! And knocked 23 seconds off of my average pace into the bargain π
As some of you will know, my journey here has had it's ups and downs including 4 attempts to complete W5 R3 but this forum has got me through. Thank you to everyone for your support and words of encouragement.
I am 44 years old, very overweight and a single mum with a hectic full-time job who had let everyone elses needs get in front of my own. C25K has been all about me and it feels so good. It has really helped my mental health and by me being happier, I find it easier to be patient with my children and more focused at work. So if I could pass on one message it would be, You can do this because you deserve it!
Good luck everyone and looing forward to keeping in touch as our running journeys continue ππ
