Run 3 already!? It was cold tonight and a slow start but I’m still enjoying it and it’s more nightmarishly difficult. Soundtrack for the run was “On The Night” - Dire Straits. Curious to see what next week brings :)

Well done pal, keep it going! Week 4 increases your running time from 9 minutes to 16 minutes but as I was told at the time, the programme is preparing you for the longer stints. I was given sage advice, most notably keep the pace slow, you should be able to speak and not gasp for breath as you run - if not slow down until you can. Distance and not pace are the goals so keep it slow.

Try and post a bit more detail about your runs. Which parts are difficult and which parts are more comfortable. You’re doing great!

Well done pr0 - you're doing great. Week 3 is more of the same -with some slightly longer runs but I found it made me feel a little more like a runner and less of an imposter as, there is more running than walking.
