Just finished 2x8 minutes and feeling good. Listened to a podcast to pass the time (still kept peeking at the timer though, willing those eight mins to be over)! Same pace - walked at 6.5 and ran at 7.5 km/h. Alarm set for Saturday when it's the first non stop run for twenty minutes 😰. See you then 🏃
