Well after 7 YES 7 30 min runs I’ve reached the end,or the beginning of something grate. I’ve been lucky really as I’ve had no hiccups over the last 9 weeks. There have been times when I’ve had to keep telling myself get out of bed and run. But in the end I always felt fantastic after the run. As many will know I joined the gym from wk5 so I’ve had a mix of outside and treadmill running. I much prefer running outside as 30 minutes in one place is a little long for my liking. Anyway if a very unfit over weight man can do it SO CAN YOU.
