Sadly between work and family I don’t have much flexibility so my run days need to be my run days, so I’m giving myself a talking to, to just get on with it regardless of weather as this might be it now until Spring!!

Bad weather does look worse from the window. I like the rain on my face. Not so keen when its hitting me so hard it stings! Nothing to do with how fast I'm running either 🤣

Billy Connolly may have quoted that remark as have I from time to time - but its usually attributed to Alfred Wrainwright in the form “There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.” from his Coast to Coast Walk book.

I believe strongly in it - its just that I find myself in unsuitable clothing more often than I would like.!

Got caught in the rain on friday. Soaked to the skin...thought I was prepared but then left my rain coat in the car. What a drip!
