😂😂

Much prefer the rain to the heat for running. And yep, you kinda get wet too 😁 I had a waterproof on yesterday and complete waste of time, plus I just sweat buckets in it. I do have some leggings that the rain seems to run off so I don't come home with wet legs, just mainly soggy feet and a wet head. Hot shower then when you get home, does the trick!

Strange really, I don't like the idea of running in the rain and actively try and avoid it .

However, when I have, I did actually enjoy it 😁

I dislike cycling in the rain, however, with running it's not too bad, I ran my 10 miles graduation run while it ☔ rained most of the time, it did not harm me whatsoever, however, once you get back home change into dry warmer clothes.

Just been out in shorts and T-shirt. I just get wet. I quite like it. I overheat in a waterproof. Even my expensive super lightweight one. The only time I ran in it I still got soaked from sweat anyway.

Running in the rain is great - I look much less sweaty, it cools you down, and means it is less busy out and about!

I just wear my normal capris (less fabric to get wet and become heavy is my view!) and short sleeve top, but as it gets colder I'll switch to long sleeves and leg - but I never really have a need for anything else on top.

Light and moderate rain is OK. Deluges are best avoided.

Waterproofs will make you sweat.

Avoid anything made of cotton or normal wool.

I bailed out this morning just before going out. I'd completely kitted myself out, expecting to be running in light rain, and was just having a glass of water as the heavens opened.

Tomorrow's forecast for here is more favourable.
