Ran for a total of 16 minutes ! That's double what I ran in the Week One sessions. And now running more than walking. A real sense of achievement ☺ I slowed the pace ever so slightly (walking at 6kph and running at 7kph) and it definitely helped. Next run Thursday 🏃
