Well done!! You're already doing about 4.5K in 30 mins (your app shows your distance in miles) . That is soooooo good!! ๐๐๐๐

I think you miscalculated that Pete9122 . According to the picture 2.8 miles is the is the distance Mum of 2 cats did in 41 mins - which I presume includes the warm up walk and and warm down walk as well. A bit hard to work out what than means for the 30 mins running without knowing what her running and walking speeds are. Its worth worth starting and stopping the app as you come to the end of your warm up and as you finish the running respectively Not that it matters much - congratulation on graduating from Couch to 5K - that's all that matters.
