How do a whole 20 minutes feel?

Does not feel as hard as the first jump to 3 minutes to me . Once I had past 10 minutes I knew I was going to make. To finish felt fantastic. Good luck

As someone on 5 months 24 days of not smoking and just been out for my first run in a few weeks I would like to say well done to you!!!!! The first thing I noticed today is that my breathing recovery is so much better - I was worried about going back out but realised I haven't been smoking and so the uptake was so much better.

Both quitting smoking and running are hard - but keep going, you will feel so much better for it!!! Xx

Well done! ... we knew you could do it.

Onwards and upwards, keep smiling, keep running and keep off the ciggies.

Good luck!
