Set off at a slightly faster pace today, dont know why?! Now Iβm not sure whether that had something to do with it or I was just having a bad day but 10 mins inI was seriously contemplating packing it in. That hill nearly killed me, excruciating π!! But soon Jo said great youβve done 20 minutes and I thought Iβm going to stop I just canβt do it and then a niggling annoying voice kept saying are you really going to stop on W9R2??? Youβre so close donβt do it.
Dont ask me how I did it but I did. Now Iβm knackered and thinking about whether I should take 2 days rest? Your thoughts would be welcome. π

Donβt do hills. Even a very short, gentle incline kills me. I think theyβre for later down the road. And have an extra day off if you still need to recover. Youβre almost there. Enjoy it, S
Nothing wrong in taking two days rest at all! If you need them take them. Due to work commitments I was only managing to run two to 3 times a week when I was doing C25K. And still am.
Take the extra day if you need to. You want to enjoy your final run not just get through it and don't forget you can slow down and then speed up post C25K.
I did W9r3 this morning it was slow, but I knew from the start I was going to finish it. You've got this πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Well done Moomin63, 2 days rest is fine and well deserved after that run, youβll be nice and refreshed then for your graduation run πββοΈ π
I bet youβre keen as mustard to just get that last run DONE but an extra rest day might just help you smash it.
Iβve taken extra days here and there and always feel more energised for doing so. I think partly because Iβve missed running so I just naturally run with a bit more pep! π
