It’s 7pm and I’m sitting on the sofa in my pjs - it’s not going to happen today is it 😂. Supposed to be doing W2R1 but I struggled to walk slowly from the car park to my appointment - no more than five minutes away. Feeling a bit of a failure at the moment.

Don't beat yourself up. There are many more good running days ahead of you. Take it easy for today and tomorrow will be better.
Hey... you’ve made a decision based on how you are today... you’re not a failure. Hopefully you’ll be better in the morning and can go for this tomorrow, if not hopefully in the next few days. Don’t beat yourself up over it, the run will wait for you.
Good luck tomorrow. If you feel better but not like running why not just go for a 30 minute walk and enjoy the fresh air. It’ll all help.
Whatever you do don't give up. Treat yourself to the rest days you need to take the next step.
