If you had an overall pace of 6'17" and had to slow down, you must have been going at a fair lick at the start.

Maybe I need to slow down ? I don't really know I just set off .. I'll try to start slower then try to remain at a decent manageable pace to breath lol..

Some folks here seem to get excited when they achieve negative splits: starting slower and getting gradually faster. 😉
