Graduated - six years after my first attempt!!

Hi all

I completed W9R3 last Thursday 🙂

I feel great for it! And I'm told that I look good for it too (I'm probably too self-critical to see that...).

Looking forward to setting a new goal for 2019, which is to keep running, and which seems much more achievable than the 'completing C25K' goal I have set myself for the past few years. I have no idea why everything finally clicked into place in 2018. Perhaps it was the Warrior Yoga class I go to now, but whatever it was, I am proof that you just have to keep trying 🙂

I am looking forward to seeing my 'Graduate' badge!

Thanks for the encouragement!

Congratulations on graduating here on C25K, 😊 perhaps that warrior yoga class that you go to that helped you to achieve that wonderful graduation 🎓 badge, well done. 😊

Wow! Superb perseverance 😸

If you have a local parkrun that will help maintain the running

I graduated last month and kept adding 10% to running time up to 40 minutes and consolidated there.

The Bridge to 10k forum may give you other ideas and support for your progression.

Happy running! 😸
