I didn’t quite get the 5k (4.7 was my best in 30 min) but I’m over the moon all the same.
So chuffed with myself. My and mam and husband are so proud of me as running is the least ‘me’ thing to do.
In the past I have only ever exercised with the intention of remaining slim. Somehow I would be able to do an hour at the gym but would not be ‘fit’. This is the first time in my like I feel a real fitness benefit in exercise and I can’t wait to progress!
