So I graduated last Thursday, I have not been out as yet running as thought I would mix up my routine so have done x 2 total body workout exercise on u tube.
Am sitting here now thinking about running this morning but trying to talk myself out of it
Do I need a new challenge or just consolidate now .....
The lazy part of me says just rest and the other part says keep going .....

As suggested in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... creating some short, medium and long term targets for your running will help you work out what sort of training you need to do and will provide you with regular rewards by achieving on a regular basis.
I’ve got a lazy side too. I found it a bit deflating after graduating, I quite liked having the routine offered by the C25K app and the targets to meet. I have done 2 consolidation runs but I did find it harder to get out of the door unlike previously. All I can say is that having done them I am glad I did and the number of runs is now providing its own motivation - I don’t want to break the chain of regular runs. Looking at my history of running stats also reminds me how far I’ve come and gives me the encouragement to do the next one. Maybe that might help you too? Or maybe I’m just a stats nerd...
Repeating the last C25K run a few times before moving on to greater things is a usual recommendation. You don't have to run it at the same pace as you did it last week. A really slow half hour run can be a revelation, especially if you've been pushing it a little in the last week.
