I made my first dinner recipe from the book tonight , absolutely delish 😬😋
It was Roasted butternut squash stuffed with puy lentils , red and green peppers, onion , garlic, mushrooms, feta and pine nuts, and smoked paprika.
With roasted tender stem broccoli
Really really nice 😬
