There’s always that feeling of ‘was it a fluke ?’ But no , I went out ran for 25 mins again 👍
Within that 25 minutes there were short periods where everything seemed to ‘align ‘ or flow smoothly and then I was back to gosh this is hard !
I couldn’t quite grasp and hold onto those ‘good bits’ but perhaps that’s the prize ?
I know that I am managing each run ok so maybe it’s about the practising and then as my stamina grows and I continue to learn from each run then the good bits won’t be so transient ? ........ and maybe I’m overthinking in my current ‘glow’ of completing Wk7 R1 😂😂😂
I changed my route , as much as I like it and it’s perfect for practising, I do want to keep things ‘fresh’.
Changed the playlist too but think I had too many 3 minute songs and I began to think ‘how many more to go ‘ 🥵. I think I’m better with a couple of longer tracks at the beginning to sort of launch me in to the 10/12 minute mark 🤷🏼♀️
What did I say about overthinking 🤷🏼♀️ But actually it does help .
