Last year I made it to week 6 and then life got in the way.
I started again and this morning I managed the first run of week 7. At home I have to run up and down the hills of the vineyard, here there is a nice flat road. Although the camber of the road plays havoc with my foot.
The fun will come when I am back at school and I try to find time to run...

My app said today was a fast run, to be honest I think I prefer my hills which slow me down. I thought about running down the centre of the road, after all the Italians are as likely to run you over no matter where on the road you run 🤣
It's like Ireland on the back roads so. Drive along the middle - sure that way you can swerve to either side to get by the incoming guy who is also driving in the middle 😂😂😂
