I'm on W8R2, and today was so tough.
I started too fast, and it was hot, so I struggled.
I have now left the park, and I'm running around the town, still nowhere near 5k, but I keep going, and hopefully I'll get my badge next week 😁

You will get your badge and one day you will get 5k but it may not be in 30 minutes, I will never be that fast but i enjoy running
You don’t need to be running 5K. I still can’t run 5k in 30 minutes. It may or may not happen, but it’s not my primary focus.
Good luck for your graduation next week! 👍
Well done you stick at it and keep the pace down. Run slowly and do the programme. The 5Ks will come believe me. Good luck for the rest of the programme.
Same Julie! In fact I went out last night and having completed every run so far, I just couldn't do it. I feel so despondent and such a failure. It was super humid but I only managed 20 minutes. I think I have mild shin splints too so I was in a bit of pain when I started too. Would you try run 2 again rather than move to run 3. I know they are the same, but just wondering what others do if they struggle with one run? X
Well, took almost 2 weeks off and went back to W8 R2 and did it on Sunday morning! Legs are very sore today though so I'm not sure whether to try for R3 tomorrow or have some extra recovery time again?
