A tough one this morning!

It's getting tougher! I've just done wk 6 run 2, which is the last run with a recovery walk in the middle. I'm not keen on how it's going to be from now on. Hey ho! I signed up for this C25K and for the big one in October so I've got to do it.

W6 is a real pig. And you're nearly done with it. R3 is a doozie if you take it nice and gently. And the rest of the programme is all good from there. So my mind tells me.

You're going to do this, have no fear :-)

Great, thanks for the encouragement! What's 'fear'?

Run 1 and 2 of week 6 are nasty! Every run after that is better! Just go slow if you need to!

"Every run is better"; I believe you!

Or as my dad used to say 'I believe you, thousands wouldn't!'

Seriously, thanks for the encouragement.

What they both said. The continuous runs are daunting but completely achievable. None of this faffy stopping and starting anymore, just getting on with it.

Take it slow and steady - just 10 runs to the end.

Thanks a million! I'm a natural optimist but 'just 10' means that there'll then be many more after that! Can't stop then!

No, you are right. Just 10 to graduate in the programme. Then running becomes your responsibility!
