I set off on my ‘Graduation Run’ this morning hoping to be able to say hello to all the friends I’d made along my journey. Soon enough there were all the sheep in the field, I gave them a thank you ’meeehhrr’, they seemed pleased to see me. On I went along the lanes until I got to the horse with big teeth. It was more interested in eating it’s breakfast than saying hello, but I still gave it my very best thank you ‘ney’. Onwards around the bend and up the hill and then there he was, Lord Coe the field beetle who’d beaten me to the apple tree back in Week 7! He beat me there again this morning! Up to the plantery, and down the hill. Into sight came the ‘Try your brakes’ sign I’d got to a few weeks ago, but wait a minute....I was still running with a minute still left to go......how has that even happened! I ran further than I ever have before this morning , and loved seeing most of the things that have helped me along the way.
But the biggest thank you is to you all. This community is great, it’s so supportive as we all strive to get fitter and change our lives, and I couldn’t have achieved this without you. I’m going to keep running, and to everyone out there still on their own journey, keep going, this is a fantastic programme full of wizardry, and you will get there. I’ll be waiting at the finish line to give a huge big clap to you all.
Take care,

Thank you Couchphoenix. It’s a good day.....run done, grass cut, sausage dogs Stanley and Lulu walked. Now sitting here with a glass of something nicely chilled. Wish every day was like this! Take care and stay safe, 030961.
Thank you Tinytears60. I’m going to go on my first graduation run tomorrow and I’ve registered for the 5k to 10k next bit......never thought I’d be saying that a few weeks ago!
