W6R1. Well l did it!!!! I started this ‘venture’ in the somewhat flat, cool environs of Peterborough UK. Completed weeks 1-5. Now running in the more mountainous Akbük Turkey. My first run was a repeat of W5R3 and l instantly identified that it was going to be a whole lot harder!!! I run at around 6.30am in the relatively cool temps of around 23°. I completed W6R1 and am now planning on repeating each run at least once before moving on. But l do intend to finish this!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!

Well done! What a change to your route!

I’m wondering why you feel the need to repeat a run that you completed?

It was suggested on the C25K app once l completed W5R3 that maybe repeat that run before moving on. And.... don’t want to put myself off by not being able to do a run. Repeated W6R1 and found it easier second time round. So for me at the moment, that is what l plan to do. 😊

We do understand! Well done - the week 6 runs were strangely tricky if I remember rightly? What I would say, is that your runs are going to feel a whole lot easier when you are back in Peterborough😂 (assuming you are returning, of course!)

Good luck.🙂
