PACE SITE INFO......

In July I accessed a site on the web which worked out my pace in an easy run, tempo run and long run. I was given the web address courtesy of jorgeRuns (Ithink). I am now wanting to pass this link on to my daughter but can't find it ANYWHERE. I took a photo of the result it gave me but not of the site address. Can anyone oblige with the info?
