I graduated C25K weeks ago , but although I could run for 30 continuous minutes, I didn't actually run 5k. I run on the treadmill and manage to complete 3.5 k in 30 minutes . I ran 5k this morning , but it took me 45 minutes ! I am proud of my achievements, especially as I had a heart attack 6 months ago , but how do I increase my pace ?
Sorry , I realise this is quite a boring post lol .

No such thing as a boring post on here Phyllis! There’s always someone who can answer your query... I’m sorry I can’t help with your questions, but, you run at exactly the same pace as me so I’ll be interested in your replies. I can’t believe how quickly you’ve recovered from a heart attack! Well done you!
Thanks Liz. I am determined to get fit and stay fit . The heart attack was a shock , but definitely motivated me lol 😳. If I try to up the pace on the treadmill, I go off the end 😂
