Well today’s the day for first run post graduation, and I’m very indecisive what to do... I’m not even sure whether to take advantage of the newly opened gyms and try a treadmill for the first time, but generally I like to be outside.
Any thoughts? I’m a very slow runner, which I don’t mind. And technology is a bit beyond me! I’m not competitive in any way. But feeling a bit goal- less at present.

Outside is more rewarding in that you're getting fresh air and enjoying nature.
Make your current goal simple, like ticking off x number of 30 min runs before setting a new goal; say 33 mins or looking at starting the Magic Plan on Bridge to 10k.
Or just enjoy having free reign to do as you please for a while whilst maintaining 3 times a week!
