No drama but didn’t enjoy this run. Felt tired and couldn’t wait for Jo to tell me how long I had until I could walk again, the last 60 seconds of the middle (8min) run was the worst.
Funnily enough my pace was quicker than the last runs... still a snails pace ! Just couldn’t enjoy it, kept trying to be positive whilst I was running.
Body felt tired breathing was okay. Purposely went out later as thought my legs would be less tired and it has been hot. Sun was still out and I felt too warm running also.
Will put this behind me, main thing is I completed it and will look forward to run 2.

Me too. I struggled with Week 6 Run 1. I also tweaked my calf playing football today and my hip is painful. My lungs were still dodgy despite doing the runs and improving my meds. I may not be able to do Run 2 until Wednesday depending on how my calf muscle is. I may eventually have to stop altogether if my hip is going. But until then I’m going to try and enjoy it a little bit
I feel you, completed run 8 today! Can’t believe I have got this far. It was hard work though, like you say, my breathing was fine but legs felt heavy, just couldn’t wait for it to end. I just strive for the feeling I get at the end. I really want to be one of those people that loves running 😅
