So just done my last run in W4 and it really flew past this morning! Despite the fact that I really had to force myself out this morning I still can’t believe I’m managing to do this!
In between my runs I do Joe Wickes HIT workouts or a 20 mins Abs workout. I have one days complete rest a week which seems to work for me. What does everyone else do?
