Got a cramp during my W7R3 in my calf yesterday. Still sore.

My advice is to stretch and use a roller. Foam Rollers are really good. Running with the pain might make it worse .

Yes, rest until you are pain free. It might be a slight calf strain and if you run on it too soon you risk making it worse.

It can be hard to take breaks from the programme, I know - but if you're in it for the long haul, a few days now is nothing. Also, as runners, we need to learn to listen to our bodies!

Fingers crossed that it settles down quickly for you. 🙂

Take an extra rest day or two, stretch and rest, drink plenty of water 💦 and if you’ve got any a calcium tablet a day is good for cramp

Definitely rest it until it feels normal. Some gentle stretching will help.
