Hi guys !! Well one more outing before Fridays run 3 of week 5.Friday on completion of the 20 minute run I will in my own mind ,consider my self " a runner", this will be the point when things will get seriously enjoyable ! All down hill from here ?,may be not but boy I'm buzzing for what this journey has in store !! Embracing this program from day one , no apprehension at all ,I saw the finishing line of C25K and the golden miles heading off in to a glorious sunset ,the best is yet to run !!

That’s my run for today: W5R3! I already considered myself a runner since like week 3 though, haha! I think for me the moment was when I realised I was really looking forward to the next run — like you say, for the buzz. But yeah, there’s something special about knowing you’ve finally gone for a straight 20, isn’t there?
Oh, and I love your last line: the best is yet to run!
Great you’re so positive about it, I am also nervously anticipating it. Today I run w5r2 with a friend so that will be a new experience, how to pace myself and keep my rhythm.
