I'm new to running not ran since school and I was always last then π. Just completes wk1 c25k. Left knee a bit tight and sore but determined to carry on. Slow and steady π’ tortoise.

I would suggest reading the guide if you haven't already , you will find a lot of support here on the forum and a slow steady tortoise is good ππ
